Shipping policy

After an order is placed please do allow 2 working days before your order is shipped. Please note that bespoke items may take slightly longer.

Mandy Pitcher Ltd only ships within the United Kingdom.

Free local delivery for TW11 and TW12 postcodes. Your order will be hand delivered unless you prefer to collect from Mandy Pitcher. For the rest of the UK, packages are posted by Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Flat rate of £6.50 per package. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders which have a heavier weight are subject to additional shipping charges as per Royal Mail. 

During busier times i.e Christmas please do allow longer for delivery.

Mandy Pitcher is supplied with a tracking number for all packages. This can be used if an item is taking longer or goes astray. Please do get in touch mandypitcher@me.com
