What to expect at your first appointment?

A consultation with me is vital. It allows me to understand how I can help you. Illnesses, allergies, in fact everything you discuss with me is confidential. I want you to feel safe and comfortable and get the most out of each treatment. I will select oils that I feel are relevant to your needs. I like you to be involved in my choice and each time I will explain why I’m choosing those oils. You will then receive an aromatherapy massage. Unless you tell me otherwise it will be a full body treatment but if there are areas that day that you want me to omit then just say. Your modesty is respected at all times. You will be covered in towels and only the parts of the body that I am working on will be exposed.
Further treatments will start with a 5-10 minute catch up before we proceed so that you can inform me of how you are feeling that day and what you want to get out of the treatment. With that information,  I can then make your bespoke blend. You will be given an aftercare leaflet and it is always advisable to drink plenty of water for the rest of the day.

Please note that complementary therapy is used alongside conventional medicine. It is not a replacement. It is advisable to contact your GP for medical attention.
